Instructions for Online Evals: Students

Basic Information:

Website: ieval.ucr.edu

Login: Webmail name and password

Timeline: The departments will enter TA information prior to week 6.

The TA evaluation site will open on Monday of week 9 at 12:01 a.m. The site will close on the Sunday night following week 10 at 11:59 p.m.

If you do not see your teaching assistant's name, please email tadp@ucr.edu immediately and let your TA know.

Troubleshooting: Password not recognized

The password for the evaluation site is your webmail password. If you have password errors, you will need to reset the webmail password.

1. Go to webmail.ucr.edu
2. Go to "Help"
3. Go to "Student Help"
4. Go to "Click here to reset password"
5. Reset your password

Within 24 hours, the new password will be reset, and you will be able to access the eval system.
