Introduction

Our staff is composed of one Coordinator and three Mentor Teaching Assistants.

The Coordinator manages the Teaching Assistant Development Program's office, the teaching assistant evaluations, and the Mentor Teaching Assistants. The Coordinator also acts as a liason between departments and TADP. Questions and/or issues should be brought to the Coordinator's attention.

Mentor Teaching Assistants are chosen based upon strong teaching and pedagogical skills. Their duties include:

• Training teaching assistants
• Observing teaching assistants in the classroom environments
• Personal consultations
• Continuing TA workshops
